At Kpop Nara, we want you to love your fashion finds as much as your favorite idol, but if you are not satisfied, we offer returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags and packaging are intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original condition, including all K-fashion accessories and tags, to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
